Cette cote est à considérer pour l'application des dispositions réglementaires du Plan de Prévention des Risques littoraux (PPRL) approuvé le 25 avril 2019 et opposable le 11 juin 2019. Ces données constituent une annexe au règlement du PPRL Baie de Pont Mahé - Traict de Pen Bé en Loire-Atlantique. Ce PPRL concerne les communes d'Assérac, Mesquer, Piriac-sur-Mer, Saint-Molf.
